4 Paws 4 Rescue is an all foster home rescue. We are dedicated to saving animals that are in need, whether they be from high kill shelters, strays, abandoned animals, or owner surrenders. We strive to find suitable permanent homes for our animals and to help eliminate animal overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. We also provide education to pet owners for each animal we place in new and loving homes. http://www.4paws4rescue.com/

Hi!! They call me Brik! My foster mom says, it is due to my beautiful brick-red coat. My foster dad says, it is because I am built like a brick ! Either way, I am 70+ pounds of pure American Bully, in other words, the best mutt mix ever.
Let me tell you about me. I was found abandoned in a car that got towed. No one claimed me. I was so scared and very confused. Lucky for me, the animal control fella helped me out, cared for me, and gave me a chance. He could see I was a good boy. I am still young, so I can tend to be playful. That means, I need lots of exercise. I can be a big ol’ goofball running around and jumping from couch to couch. Yet, I am equally content nestled in my crate, not making a peep. I get to chew on toy bones everyday and that helps pass the time.
People often compliment my big smile! My foster mom says it is so big it hides my even bigger heart. My foster dad tells me, someone needed my ears more than me and cut them off. No worries, they don’t hurt and I can hear just fine (except when my foster mom calls me to come inside). When I get real excited, I sound like a squeaky toy. Sometimes I get too excited, so I would do best with only adults and older kids. I like to run and play in the yard (6 ft privacy fence would be a dream come true). My fosters work every day with me on training. I am so eager to learn more, so I can be the very best boy possible (a training contract must be in place before adoption completion–required). Do I sound like a perfect addition to your family? I bet I do!
